It is to get resulting architecture design from the virtual building project through the procedures, which will be performed from the planning, architecture design, structural design, equipment design (mechanical system, electric system, and fire protection system), environmental design, and construction planning phase in association with persons in charge of each sector as a team and, through the critics by professors of each sector, be discussed and coordinated reflecting and sharing other architecture designs, and at the same time, is to get experiences of real architecture designing procedures.

The course covers major east-coast, mid-west, and west-coast cities in the USA Throughout the semester, the course will cover architecture and urbanism of Boston, New York, Chicago, and Seattle. The course will cover architectural and urban narratives and their physical manifestations between 1870~2020. Following are the seven key questions that the course will raise. 1. What causes the initiation of American City (AC)? 1. What is the role of Landmark Architecture during the growth of AC? 1. What is the role of Streets and Squares in AC? 1. But, both with the quantitative and qualitative changes of modern city, and with the current tendency of design toward mega-structured building size, architecture, than any other times, becomes to have deeper relationship with socio-cultural structure of the city. In this point, the study is proposed to improve the critical understanding of socio-cultural relationship between architecture and urban environments through researching of currently issued theoretical topics.
